What is Dance Therapy

Dance therapy could help people to resolve deep-seated problems by
communicating with, and relating to others through the medium of
physical movement and dance. Dance movement aims to help people
explore, recognize and come come to terms with feelings and problems
that they usually repress and to communicate them to others.

Dance therapy can help emotional, psychological and stress-related
disorders, anxiety and depression, addictin, problem related to
physical or sexual abuse and learning disabilities. Also some
behavioural or intellectual problems, autism or other mental and
physical disabilities.
